A Quirky Corkscrew

There is an underlying humour in seeing an everyday object at an unexpected scale—the giant corkscrew simply begs to be accompanied by an equally huge bottle of wine. (Which I vow make one day!)

The colour of Cherry and Maple provide a natural palette that subtly imitates the red and chrome of the original corkscrew that had been a gift from my grandfather to my dad. The top it off, the quirky corksrew is mechanically functional!
